Rosa Lacavalla is an Italian photographer and visual artist based in Bologna. Graduated in Art Graphics and obtained a specialist degree in Photography at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, she spent part of her studies in England to deepen her knowledge in photography at Coventry University. She participated in various group exhibitions in different countries. Her video entitled Vorrei girare il cielo come le rondini was selected by C41 Magazine and by collectives in New York, London and Mexico in 2020. In the same period she renewed her collaboration with the artist Gillian Wearing within her project YourViews.
