Victoria Sacco

Victoria Sacco (Buenos Aires, 1977) is a researcher, lecturer and independent curator.

She graduated in History of Art from the University of Buenos Aires and subsequently attended the Independent Studies Programme at the Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona (PEI/MACBA).

She is the editor of Muntadas. Con/Textos III, An Anthology of Critical Texts published by the Virreina Centre de la Imatge (2020) and writes for the magazine La Maleta de Portbou. Since 2010, she has taught at the ESDi School of Design.

Victoria has worked for LOOP Festival since 2014, where she now coordinates the City Screen and the European project A-PLACE. Previously she worked as a project coordinator and later co-director of the Quo Artis art and science foundation.

Victoria is currently collaborating with Pedro G. Romero on research for his project Canciones de la Guerra Social Contemporánea and with Antoni Muntadas on research for his upcoming exhibition in Manila, Philipinas.
